Assist in negotiating the Charter Agreement with Sponsor.

Start-up Budget Oversight

Work closely with School Administrator and Founding Board to ensure start-up budget is adhered to.

Implement Business Services

Once Charter Contract has been agreed upon, we work to establish internal controls and initiate back office services.

Establish Operating Budget

Assist Governing Board and School Administrator in converting the Application Budget to the 1st year Operating Budget.
